They were doing work, but they weren't really contributing to the bigger goals of the business... but there was a need too. Didn't understand where they were vs. where they wanted to go. Not pulling the same direction , but pulling apart. Being protective of their turf. What are we? And what can we do? They were reactive and not proactive in that context. IT seems impossible, but there are people who are doing it. How do I be in business? They're the ones getting in their own way. For starting it is not taking the ownership. In business you gotta show up and get some Fs.
