If we assume we have autonomy in our careers... a duty to ourselves to keep ourselves safe. And other people also conform to that. They tend to say that they feel safe in their environment. That can actually be the most dangerous part... the self-doubt. our intuition is the most reliable indicator of whether we're safe or in danger. Practicing feeling safety. Instead of just staying safe, actively advancing their careers.
